All inshore Guides and offshore Charter Captains must be "Properly Licensed " To be listed on this site, you must provide the following items, or be an up-to-date member of a Charter Captains organization that requires it's members to provide the following.

• Captains license
• Florida Saltwater Vessel Fishing License
• First Aid & CPR certificate
• Commercial insurance
• Refuge permit where applicable
• Migratory species permit where applicable
